Final Sale Items
Please note that personalized pieces, collectible designs, and High Jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Eligibility for Returns
We gladly accept returns if your request is made within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:
· Unworn, unused, and in the same condition you received them
· With original tags attached
· In their original packaging
· Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
How to Request a Return
If you’d like to return your item, simply email us at Solerjewels@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving it. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and easy instructions.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages or Issues
We take great care in preparing your order. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know right away so we can make it right.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the piece you love is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union Orders
We’re sorry, but at this time, we are unable to accept returns for orders shipped to the European Union.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you right away. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember, it may take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
